Validates whether the type of an input is array.

v::arrayType()->assert([]);
// Validation passes successfully

v::arrayType()->assert([1, 2, 3]);
// Validation passes successfully

v::arrayType()->assert(new ArrayObject());
// → `ArrayObject { getArrayCopy() => [] }` must be an array
